The California Privacy Protection Agency (CPPA) launched its statewide Accessible Data Agent (ADA) portal today, operationalizing the requirements of Senate Bill 362 (the DELETE Act).
California residents can now submit a single verified digital identity token that legally compels all registered data brokers, background check platforms, and telemetry aggregators operating within the state to delete all personal, financial, and browsing data associated with the individual within 45 days.
