We are excited to announce that Luminustools has joined the Open Web Alliance (OWA) as a core member, collaborating with other privacy-focused companies to promote open browser standards.
Advocating for Browser Capabilities
The OWA focuses on encouraging browser vendors to keep client-side sandboxes powerful and safe. We will be working on standardizing APIs for offline file systems and local web cryptography, which are essential for building high-performance, serverless productivity tools.
Our Commitments
By joining the OWA, we reaffirm our core principles:
- No Telemetry: We will never track clicks, mouse movements, or inputs.
- No Cookies: We do not set cookies on your browser.
- Open Source: We continue to release our code for community audit and reuse.
